PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Jennifer joined the firm in 2004, representing individuals and organizations in a broad range of legal proceedings in state and federal trial, appellate and administrative cases.  Jennifer also devotes an extensive portion of her practice to representation of candidates and committees and advising and training organizations and associations on election law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer clerked for five years at the First District Court of Appeal, then joined the Writs and Motions Department of the Court.  Through her work at the First DCA, Jennifer has extensive experience in appellate procedure and extraordinary writs and on a wide spectrum of legal topics including criminal, administrative, labor and employment and worker's compensation.

Before entering law school, Jennifer interned for a United States Congresswoman in Washington, D.C.  She served as a liaison researching issues, responding to correspondence and providing legislative information to constituents.
